Since he won the case someone wanted the lawyer dead and set him up for a fake interview. Just like how they set the rapper up. Both situations are messed up being accused of something you didn't do and ppl not taking victims seriously.

I'm a writer, and this was terrible. The wicked ones get away with murder and the innocent ones get set up for rape. Not sure about the lesson to be learned here, other than there are a lot of wicked people in this world, something we all clearly know already.

A very poor ending why is the defensive lawyer being killed, how can a good defensive lawyer defend the innocent and will be killed later on🤭🤭😩😩🤦🤦🙆🙆

I met Reggie, when I first moved to La from Chicago, on the bus. Very down to earth brother, then I saw him at the Ha Ha comedy club open mic, then I saw him on the train. Maybe God was telling me to take his Acting class. Very talentive, and humble brother. Great job here!!!!!!!

There were so many twists in this film; however, it revealed corruption with those who should be upholding the law.... D.A. lied & said that young man had been taken to booking.. When, in actuality, he kept that celebrity in that backroom to be pressed to admission of rape. Defense Attorney--Julian--was arrogant & insensitive. THIS film held it's audience's attention. . .. That's for sure! CELESTE, in the ATL 🌻

The end was bogus..Deja's people should've been taken out, not the lawyer (Julius), and the interview was a fake to get to the lawyer to take him out, and so I guessed that Hill's big brother got killed by them as well. Smh. The way this movie ended was bogus. Will u be coming out with a part 2? because part 1 hasn't ended yet.

This young women seems to be angry. What you need to do is talk to the young women who seek fame by selling themselves cheap. And have a good digging mama. With a set of criminal friends. Mama trying to live a life, she can't afford.

AND WHY DIDNT THE PROSECUTOR ASK WHAT KIND OF OFFER WAS HE MADE THAT HE WOULD TURN FROM BEING HIS BEST FRIEND CHARACTER WITNESS TO BECOME THE STATES STAR WITNESS CAUSE. IF ANYBODY KNEW YOU IT WOULD BE YOUR BEST FRIEND. AND WHY DIDNT THE DEFENSE ASK HIS SO CALLED BEST FRIEND HAD HIS LIFE OR THE LIFE OF A LOVED ONE IN JEOPARDY WHICH WOULD GIVE HIM MOTIVE TO TESTIFY AGAINST HIS PARTNER NOT ONLY HAD THAT CLEARED THINGS UP BUT COULDA POSSIBLY AVOIDED THE ACCUSED BROTHER FROM PAYING A RANSOM AND FROM THE BROTHER AND THE ATTORNEY FROM BEING MURDERED CAUSE THEY COULD HAVE LOCKED THEM ALL UP FOR. GREAT MOVIE! Good entertainment! Thank you! 2022 My comment is a spoiler so don't read it until you have seen this movie...... If they wanted to get rid of the lawyer. that they didn't want to win they should have done it before the case was over. Why wait till justice was done? Killing him wouldn't have changed a thing would it? The sad part was with both lawyers it wasn't any of their faults whoever won the case. Being in love but both against each other didn't help no neither. Still you play to win. Evidence is evidence. I was shocked at the ending. Yes somebody did make a point that they didn't show us what happened inside that trailer. At least we would have known. So we had to kinda keep it mysterious. We only knew she was a liar because of the talk she had with her mother. If it wasn't for some of these comments I wouldn't have understood the movie. I understood why the so called victim, that really wasn't a victim and the rapper was, I understood why she was upset, One of them ( a rapper ) was her father who raped her mother, but you can't take it out on an innocent person. That makes you no better. I say justice was served and I was happy to see it until the end happened. Sad for the lawyer, But then again he wanted out of the business... He did prove he was the best too. Too bad he went out with a bang. 🤭

This was an all star movie. The lady lawyer is married to Tony Grant who plays in Tyler Perry plays I also think his wife is related to David Mann. And the mother starred in the show Family Matters. Good movie. Just shocked by the ending. I think there should be another part.

The ending wasn’t expected but the rapper was falsely accused of raping Deja which was wrong however if you listened to the final part of the movie the interviewer was raped by the rapper which could be heard in the camera that the brother saw. Blaze said your brother will pay for what he did. By killing the lawyer made them feel like they got justice against the man who escaped consequence and ultimately the revenge plot had that as an extra layer. Nail bitter for real 😧
