I just got into prospecting I don’t get why she needs a lot of nuggets to run a business

@@bushwalkingaustralia9646 because from what I read she has a store with her fashin designs. So my guess is, her designs aren't really what people want to see and buy. Thats why she needs the nugget support system

thats what i dont understand with these shows. Couple of weeks ago i asked what exactly they're doing this for because everytime they "break even" and can "run the next season" because they found enough. I get that some do it as a fulltime job so they need enough to get themselves or their families through the year, but..why continue such a hard and demanding job if even hundreds of thousands of dollars aren't enough? No one wanted to answer my question on what these gold hunters make as a profit throughout the year, I just got a wishy washy "they do it for the great views." answer.

Seriously so annoying that she does the least and takes the most. Like where is the education/character building/parental honoring in that and yeah always because she needs money for her “business” like start something else already and give your awesome parents a friggin break yo.

Those are called hobbies.

She's into fashion here in Oz, swimsuits and the sought...if I remember correctly.

I'm new here, but how long has her business been running? Most businesses don't start out hugely profitable and you do eat costs during the entire set up - that's where the debts from investment come in.

I read up on what she's doing. She has her own fashion store where she sells her swimsuit designs. She probably doesn't sell enough to keep the store afloat on the income alone.

weather only allows for prospecting some of the year, rain season + thundestorms in the dessert = super dangerous and 50 degrees c with no shade or wind is also super dangerous. But the show obviously cuts down on the boring bits significantly. what they pulled is over the whole season 3months condensed to 8 mins hahaha but no one would watch if it was them finding nothing driving around the dessert for weeks at a time to find a spot.

Its extremely low humidity, they weren't working very hard,it gets up to 50c out there ...

@@MickH60 they were in the sun well over supposedly 40 degrees and digging. You're telling me even mum not sweating........ try mid 30s and it doesn't have quite the same ring to it hey.
