Sun goes down is going to be epic. I discovered you guys maybe two weeks ago with “comfortably numb” cover. Purchased dark side of the moon whole live performance. You all are hitting me right in the heart with Purple Flowers on week 2. This masterpiece of a song has become one of the most special songs to me, and I think it always will be (do I see comments in 5 years?) This song has several meanings to me. Here's one: Not long after this album came out, I learned my best (platonic) friend would be moving to another state for a job opportunity. Even though it made me sad that we wouldn't be able to spend time together anymore, I was still happy for them and encouraged them to follow their own path. I decided I would 3D print (a hobby we shared) a few purple flowers for them to take as a symbol of our friendship. Unfortunately, we had a bit of a falling out a few weeks later. Regardless, I still made it a mission of mine to 3D print those flowers. I was still grateful for the friendship we had and I was still happy for them to make the next step in their journey, and nothing would change that. We haven't talked much since, but the flowers were received well. Thank you for this song, Main Squeeze.
