This video puts way more effort into actually explaining how things are made than the US or UK "How It's Made" series. Love the diagrams.

Italians are meant to go in heaven all! They created the foods that are cheapest and delicious for the human kind, from the children to the students to elderly, pray for italian culture and italian anchestors!

One of the best videos to date that I have viewed of how something is made. The captions and close ups were extremely helpful in explaining the process. Many others leave you guessing as either there is no commentary or no captions.

Bless this pasta so that it causes my muscles and mind to be stronger and longer enduring.

For speghetti it's ok, In Italy, the portion of "U" spaghetti, which is cut, is often sold as short pasta to make soup and other similar dishes. But with macaroni there are some mistakes. Macaroni in Italy are not a type of short pasta in general, but a variety of pasta as well as fusilli, tubes, ears, pens, and so on. So I did not understand why they speaked about macaroni and showed the fusilli, then I realized where the mistake was. The Maccheroni are a South-Italian specialty, and today they are often hand-made and have small differences in length and shape, depending on the area in which they are produced. Beware, it is incorrect to call them macaroni but the real name is Maccheroni, in the local dialect their name sounds like makkerrooni.

I'm an industrial engineer and I've always been fascinated by this type of factories, but I found amused the fact that they refer to for example, dough cooled by a COOLER, cut by a CUTTER, then in my head I was just like, wrapped by a wrapper, scan by a scanner, weight by a weighter (stupid brain) LMAO.

Durum, а по-русски просто полбу (род дикой пшеницы), до революции у нас в стране ели только бедняки, а после революции перестали вообще выращивать, потому как урожайность крайне низкая, зерно слишком твердое. И только итальянцы решили, что это специально выведенный их генералом (капелло! ))) ) сорт супер пшеницы, которая лучше всего подходит для их макарон. На самом деле, все было очень просто. После войны им жрать было нечего, пахать на себе, как наши женщины, они не хотели - сошла и полба. А людям чуть богаче нищеты, пошла и лепешка, намазанная раздавленными помидорами, называемая пиццой. И теперь они гордятся, что они что-то там изобрели. ))) А еще они теперь строят "вакуумный поезд", изобретенный русским инженером году в 1913-м. Илон Маск прочитал о нем только в 21-м веке, поигрался в идею, как дитя и продал итальяшкам. Теперь они думают, что эта пневмо-почта будет кидать людей из одного города в другой за 5 минут. Перегрузки и разгерметизация им нестрашны. Подумаешь, пара миллионеров раздавит. ))) Вот такие изобретатели. )))
