13th Annual Day ‘Bharat Prakirtnam’- A Magical Saga
Bharatiya Vidya BhavanVidyashram, Pratap Nagar celebrated its 13th Annual Day ‘Bharat Prakirtnam .... Celebrating Bharat Ratnas’ on Dec 23, 2022 at Maharana Pratap Auditorium, K. M. Munshi Marg with vibrancy and fervor. Chief Guest Dr. Samit Sharma (IAS) Secretary - Social Justice & Empowerment Rajasthan and the other eminent guests graced the occasion with their presence. The guests were escorted by playing the rhythmic melodious tunes of school band followed by the amidst the pious Vedic Chanting. The program commenced with the lighting of lamp followed by Vedic Prayer.
Entailing the formal welcome, the progressive annual report was presented by the Principal Smt. Ajayshree Sharma, the same was followed by the Award Ceremony. The program was woven around the praises and heroic stories related to the recipients of Bharat Ratnas. It was an amalgamation of dance, drama and music, that intertwined the theme wondrously. The thematic show of talent, imagination and organization was the essence of the evening. Students of all age group danced to the tunes of songs with colorful props. The audience was enthralled with the talent and skill revealed in each performance. The most riveting performance which drew unceasing applause was the dance drama and dance performance of tiny tots on the life of Pt.Jawahar Lal Nehru, which was an astounding visual treat that awestruck every spectator. Other than that the performances on the life of Sachin Tendulkar, Sardar Vallabh Bhai Patel, Pt. Ravi Shankar, Pt. Bhimsen Joshi, Lata Manageshkar and Shri Atal Bihari Vajpayee also left a lasting impression. The fusion ‘Mile Sur Mera Tumhara’ incorporated the lives of all other Bharat Ratnas. It was indeed a spectacular display of talent and a great motivator for the young learners.
The Head Girl and the Head Boy proposed a vote of thanks and the program ended with National Anthem.
