Kathryn is already an actress with a beautiful soul, one that exudes creativity and artistry in her craft. Inang knows and understands that Kathryn is, despite her young age, has honed and developed her sense of self. Her intelligence and perception of characters bring out her excellent acting prowess. This young lady , when she was a child, possessed passion, drive and determination to give her level best each time. Her confidence has been unparalleled in her career and when this is stepped on crushes her. But she remains humble and gracious, and grounded on her reality and again will prove people otherwise and leave them in the dust, as usual. Kathryn is not like any other actress, she will be memorable in this movie.

This interview happened before they had a TVP interview about the movie as well. In the TVP interview, sabi ni Dj "Sa mga nagsasabing yung acting ni Kathryn ay arte arte lang. Heto na yun. Magugulat kayo sa kanya dito" (non-verbatim) Obviously, dinibdib ni Dj ang nasabi ni Kath sa interview na to. Kaya sa TVP, parang na repeat niya ang words ni Kath. At dun sa TVP, he showed how he will always have her back. So proud of you both!

You are a great actress, all this questions about your acting just started during PSY, maybe more on because both you and DJ's characters were not really given a chance to shine all the way and audiences were not able to fully grasp and hold on to your characters because of the inconsistencies during PSY, Kath's character most especially. But don't worry, one project doesn't define you, I have always been proud of you. I've seen you grow up in front of the television and believe me you are one of the best actresses in your generation, even just your eyes can do the acting, that's how good you are. DJ, do not doubt yourself and your capabilities as well. I've also seen you grow from a boy who cannot do acting to a man who has drive and passion like all the best actors out there. And I'm so happy that you've learned to use your eyes too. KN,you have always been underdogs and always underestimated, but this can be a form of power, a power to surprise, surpass and exceed all those doubts and expectations from you. I've really felt the pain when Kathryn opened up about how she wanted to prove herself to the people when in fact she is already an established actress, at her age??? she have already achieved so much. I agree with what Inang said about DJ, he has so much potential to be a great actor. She sensed that he has a gifted soul and an intelligence that when combined can bring out so much talent in acting. He has so much dimension to his character and personality, a director of her depth and caliber was able to observe. This movie is the start of his soulful journey, I bet.

upon watching this video, something hits me na grabe andami na pala talaga nilang napagdaanan, na sobra na silang nag grow. Naiyak ako sa part were kathryn got emotional kasi makikita mo talagang she wants to prove something, something na di pa natin nakikita, and i must say that napatunayan nya yung gusto nyang patunayan. sobra akong proud na maging fan ng kathniel, sobra as in part na sila ng life ko and eventhough hindi nila ako kilala mananatili akong tagahanga sa kanila. i love kathniel very much. i hope someday ma-meet ko sila. Daniel has a very special gift fr God...he has the xfactor NO ONE has in his generation. Ang problema hindi sya passionate, he is not 100% in what he does. I agree with Lala. Kathryn is an established dramatic young actress whose supreme drive and confidence we saw in Magkaribal and G2B, was shattered by the fiasco that was PSY. Yna, a role she started out so strongly and willfully but eventually became weak due to a clear and present plan to marginalize her acting talents. Had Inang been available to continue directing PSY after Ian and Jodi's pilot, I doubt that this perception of Kathryn as pabebe or pa-cute would even be talked about. Kathryn is gracious and humble enough to recognize her need to learn and improve. Let not anyone, especially other fans, think that this is weakness. She is out there to prove herself but this is only because of her own conviction and her determination to give her best each time and make her supporters feel proud. She will leave everybody in the dust with this memorable movie that no one will her doubt her again. This girl's sense of self is as deep as her love and passion for acting and she will once again prevail, like always.
