XL Records label boss Richard Russell linked up with Sampha back in March for “Close But Not Quite,” the title track off Russell’s 'Close But Not Quite' EP. Russell releases music under the moniker Everything Is Recorded. The XL boss recently sat down with Genius to explain how “Close But Not Quite” came together.
