They did the same thing in Rango. Instead of just speaking their lines into the mic the director made the actors act out their scenes to make them more authentic. Genius.
1:03 it sounds exactly like in the movie. I'm just realising that this was filmed on a location. It's really amazing to how much work the actors put in.
I feel like it should be commonplace for actors to do their own foley work when doing voiceover gigs, not that it’d make a difference I just like the idea of it
@@honeybhosle6612 There were a lot of iconic films that came out that year. The main one was Up which won a lot of awards along with Coraline and that being stop motion too.
YES!!! I wanted to see Bill Murray and George Clooney hiss and growl!!🤣🤣 That scene was just hilarious because I just had to imagine them doing it in person!😂
Ever thought that it could just simply be an artistic choice for them to do it that way? One of these unique Wes Anderson-isms quirks of doing things. In fact check on Rango. That movie was also done in a similar way.
