BREEAM (Building Research Establishment Environmental Assessment Method) is a rating system that assesses a building's environmental impact across 10 categories.
These categories include:
Energy, Water, Waste, Pollution, Transport, Ecology, Health and wellbeing, Innovation, Land use, Materials.
