Discipline is the wrong word. Singaporeans associate that with their teacher shouting or their parents raising their voice. Do that to the cat, you make matters worse. Speak calmly. Laugh when the cat does a mistake (but don't reward them) so the cat won't be intimidated or stressed by your mood. Train them with rewards, like food, pets, and happy tones whenever they do what you wanted them to do. Ignore them if they do bad things, or at most, speak in a measured, stern tone. But if you go into a shouting contest or get almost violent, you can forget about having the cat cooperating with you.

Any other timing before 4:30pm will there be (or allowed?) any gathering? Is there anyone in charge of the gathering, or park space use? I checked the location through online news reports at mothership the report says it is at the open space between carparks C4 and D1?
