Hey I’ve got a question with the bottom and middle piece for the leg armor, do the middle and bottom combine?

Are you talking about the templates themselves? Cause yes the top middle and bottom get taped together and cut out of 1 peice of foam, then flipped and cut out for the other side and glued together to make the full leg shell

should I print the templates at 100%? it seems bigger than expected

Hey the template at 100% is scaled for me, im 6' 7" so i don't know the exact amount to scale down, but i always do 10% to start. Hope that helps!
