@@rendezvous18.6y9 I think people think that way because of the costumes of the boy groups . Costumes give a big difference in concepts. Girl groups have a lot costumes but boy groups wear similar kind of pants and shirts or sometimes suits or shorts and t-shirts just.

I agree with these categories. Lol I’m going to fan over txt’s concept tho cuz it’s like whimsical horror. Fantasy mixed in with dark. I just found that really unique. Have to agree with astro and nct dream being the top of the cute concept tho. This is a good video!

Obviously several groups has made songs that fits into many many of these categories but I'm glad you kept it diverse and tried to include as many as you could! ^.^

Girl, when I got to horror, I was like, "IF THEY DON'T HAVE VOODOO DOLL, THE LEGEND OF HORROR KPOP MV, I WILL THROW HANDS." I was very pleased. The only thing missing was Leo's collab in Blossom Tears. Lowkey underappreaciad. VIXX is one of ultimates and I miss them so much.

VIXX being in most of these categories is giving me LIFE, mmhm. 👀 I was kind of impressed at how many subcategories of concepts you were able to find, actually. I would say that Astro does both cute AND refreshing really well, and there's a lot of overlap between those two categories. There's a lot of overlap between a lot of these categories, actually. Which is a good thing, because you can mix and match as you please and get something unique every time (like SHINee's Married to the Music being a combination of quirky and horror), and I'm always down when people put their own spin on a concept and don't just do whatever aesthetic tends to be the most popular at the time. None of these concepts are bad by themselves, any of them can be awesome when executed creatively, it's only when they start to feel like generic, cookie-cutter copies of each other that I begin to have a problem.

I loved this video so much I was just trying to explain to someone that "dark" and "cute" mean almost nothing if you put literally every boy group comeback into one or the other lol. There's so much more genre at play and you really nailed them! Also if there is any group who is the face of anything than ATEEZ is the face of the Pirate sub-genre, I mean literally every song since debut for them LMAO. And I love the traditional theme too! Oneus's Lit really introduced me to so many Korean traditional concepts and the unique instruments were cool too.

omg this has become one of my favorites videos on the internet, JUST SO FUCKING PERFECT! I think you were able to perfectly abrange all the concepts that are there for boygroups and the songs you showed are perfect examples! I just had to watch twice, Loved so much. I hate when people say that GG are much more diverse when actually both are equally good and diverse! I personally love elegant, horror, vogue, cool, traditional, dark and melancholic is my supreme favorite ahaha

Had to watch this twice because I didn't even see the names in the corner lol. Love seeing BlockB and B.A.P in here especially since they are the groups that got me into Kpop (Nillili Mambo was the song that first hooked me and made me want to explore more) My fav concepts are Badass, Horror(Voodoo Doll will always be #1 for me), Dark, Hip Hop, Noise (well at least NCT noise because their unique sound is why they are one of my top favs) and Traditional. My personal thoughts (though I love your video) is adding BigBang since they have multiple songs that would fit in different categories, adding Lay -Lit to traditional, also Tiger inside could fit in animal concept too, but happy it's in here either way and it fits traditional too and maybe making the names darker, but these are complaints or anything just what I was thinking. Thank you for making this video, I hate when I see people complain about all groups are doing the same concept (lately dark) when they don't even realize how many different styles there are or how many times a group has already done different things. Loved watching this and you did an amazing job and I personally appreciate that you put 2nd and 3rd gen groups in here and ones that aren't well known too

Lol u don’t have to do any vid you don’t want but I feel like you could do it with like girl and boy (because i know like no girl groups pls don’t attack me I’m srry). Dreamcatcher would be great for horror, a lot of their songs/mvs really remind me of that early period vixx had (with voodoo doll mainly, and Hyde). These categories are not really clear. You've got actually jobs: pirates Genres: fantasy, horror, tech/sc-fi Characteristics: sexy, cute, cool Industries: video game The main thing is categories that overlap are characteristics and anything else because its easy to do both. You you can do horror and be sexy.
