The Marie Manuchehri Podcast - Where Energy Meets the Divine (April 29, 2024) 

This podcast hit home for me today on so many levels. I'm a deep introvert who is very sensitive to others energy and I have a hard time hanging out with people who's energy rubs me the wrong way but I have a hard time saying no because I don't want to hurt people's feelings.

I don’t know how I’ve survived my adult life without your knowledge Marie!!! Since finding your channel a few weeks ago (and binge watching 😂) I’ve learned/understood more about myself from you than I have figured out in my own in 47 years! So thank you thank you thank you! This one in particular was profound for me!

thank you for increasing the no. of podcasts you do & explaining things like being your authentic self. Now i understand it a lot better & it involves more than i had thought. I learn a lot from others that leave messages for you too.

Self compassion.. truth

its funny how you can know these things about self love but still need to be reminded thankyou for what you do !

It sounds true and obviously is, to speak our truth and all the benefits that open up but my heart and probably head is telling me to compromise because that’s reality. Need to be courageous to speak my truth, gulp ❤

@Marie Manuchehri , you said you had posted video links in the previous podcast episode explaining how to raise your energy, how to focus on the lower half of one's body to be in one's real emotions, etc. I've looked back through the last six episodes on YT and haven't found them.
