Hi Marie-I have a funny story about the landing. When my son was young I fell asleep on his bed. In my dreams we were flying back into the bedroom together. He was trying to get back into his body but was stumbling, so I leaned over and gave him a boost to get back into his body. I just remembered that I was so tired and had to get him back in his body before I could lay down back into mine!
Wow this is so crazy. This is only the 2nd time I’ve heard your podcast and your tips of the day have both been things that I’ve been currently dealing with. Today you discussed skin issues and I’ve been dealing with melasma on my face since my first pregnancy a few years ago. I’ve been using a niacinamide serum and cream along with vitamin c but unfortunately being that it’s summer it’s just getting worse 😭 thanks for the tips though! I love the podcast!
Be careful with zinc if you use Polident or Fixodent with dental partials or dentures! There's a warning on the tubes to not take extra zinc! Polident has more zinc than Fixodent too.
Thank you for talking about the 7th Chakra 💜 and skin issues. I've been wondering about this. The sad thing is, few things bring me greater JOY than to be in the swimming pool with the sun out with Hawaiian Tropic on. I'm in my mid-50s and I grew up tanning. I just recently stopped tanning beds in the past few years. My sunspots are out now. I can't even spray tan now bc spray tan sticks to the flat sunspots. I only wear sunscreen not to get burnt. I heard the sun is supposed to help with humanity's awakening & ascension☀️. I will try the niacininamide and red light therapy.
