Maybe it's just me but idk i find the new drummer pretty boring. Definitely not as nuanced as JT or as technically gifted as Pridgen. Parks was a bit of a miss, but surely one of the most creative players the band's ever worked with.
Damn that build up and the last chorus gave me chills. Philo going off on the last chorus and Omar really getting into it while Cedric and Eva sing great together. Augh can't wait for Chicago!
This is possibly my favorite song and the ending was the high point of the show for me. To see Omar and the drummer rock out so hard makes me overheat.
All I can do is forgive your broken heart. Classic Volta, I liked Noctourniquet, I think you can feel the negative energy between the members in the music and there's a weird beauty in it. Better album than Bedlam imo.
I saw TMV play in OKC right after their Atlanta gigs. Third time to see them and they NEVER disappoint. Always in awe of their talent. They had a different drummer and bassist playing with them in OKC.
