Joseph I started tuning into you 3 years ago I sent many people your videos, relayed 1000s of message, only to realize it’s a feeling you can’t explain to just anyone, it’s a feeling where you just know your in the infinite intelligence your mind is purified , & it no longer hit the panic button. I know you get what I’m saying I’m working on putting it in simpler terms for people who haven’t developed inneratanding. It’s weird, this may be a random example but I tested affirmations by playing a horrifying VR horror game that I couldn’t EVER play before and as I was playing it, I kept saying: “I am fearless” and I breezed through it like it was nothing!!! Same happens when I’m working out… if I say “I got this easily and effortlessly” and “I have infinite energy” then the workout is SO MUCH easier! It’s crazy!

"If you wish to eliminate fear, concentrate on courage If you wish to eliminate lack, concentrate on abundance" This advice works soooo well, my irl examples: FEAR VS COURAGE: I noticed I was afraid before an important meeting so I concentrated on courage instead by asking "What does courage feel like?" and the meeting went super well and I wasn't afraid at all during it. I noticed that it was like the first time I actually practiced feeling the emotion of courage and that I had been living in a state of fear for my entire life (especially childhood) which is why my immune system was failing. LACK VS ABUNDANCE: Even tho I wasn't rich growing up, I rejoiced in seeing rich people living elaborately. I'd celebrate when others were millionaires coz I found this fact super cool and fun so I'd let my imagination run wild about the cruises they must go on and the hotels they stay in and the travel. AKA I was the opposite of jealous when I saw rich people even tho I wasn't rich. I dunno why I never had a negative feeling of jealousy for this, but I definitely felt jealous about other aspects. Weird how that works. Anyway, you'll notice that the aspects you rejoice in will come to you easily, and if you ever find yourself jealous of something else, you have a huge block that you need to remove for that subject.
