He should have gone deeper into the credits. They allow 'green' companies to qualify for benefits from the feds. The credits cost not only lost tax revenue, but more in subsidies to the "green economy we want to see" as Yellen calls it.

The solution itself to lowering inflation itself is not that difficult. It's getting elected officials to stop spending beyond our limits, and most especially on matters outside the country, that is the difficult part.
