Dude you accidentally deleted this masterpiece. Lol that’s something I would do. On a side note, I just released a matrix short film yesterday and would love for you guys to watch and give feedback. ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-lwBKUx1fJHQ.html
Makes you appreciate how perfect the original is, seeing two fans on a budget with no wires get the choreo right almost beat for beat. That’s not a criticism. The original still holds up… it’s long takes, on point facial expressions, clear angles and tight movements are something even modern high budget films skip on when choreographing fight scenes. One aspect you actually improved on is the wall/pillar punch. In the film you can tell where Smith is going to punch because the prop has an obvious plastered/reformed area where they probably did 100x takes.
I get why you cut to the movies at certain times - It would have been good to see you try to do those bits in creative ways but it woulda been hard to make them happen without looking a bit silly and you were obviously going for a serious tone, so fair enough. Love the combo that replaced Smith's blur fists and a lot of the camera shots and cuts were really bang on. The choreo looked great and you did a great job at matching blow for blow with the movie (learned the whole fight with a mate once). Really glad I watched this.
We did try them. I have them filmed in a gym, the wires and everything, they looked good. But when it came to shooting days on location, our "friends" backed out and we were left with no wires and no one to lift us. We shot the whole thing just 3 guys.
Fucking congratulations guys! Good good job! I'm so happy to see this! Now I wonder why the hell I haven't seen fan made stuff like this before! People don't have a clue how iconic every fight in the movie is!
Excellent attention to detail. The Fight, the camera angles. I have seen that scene probably the most out of all movie scenes in my life. And it is very close to perfect.
That was awsome Great work Just awsome Would want to see the final fight in Revolutions especially the first few seconds when After Smith and Neo start running at each other
It's normal, they are actors. They do it much slower and then the editor speeds it up for the final cut, not only because of lack skills, but also for actor's safety.
It's from 2016, it had 30K views, but I accidentally deleted a whole page of my videos, 30 of them. Everything from 2013 to 2020 😂 So I uploaded them again last Chrismas 🙆♂️
BTS of picking camera angles, wire shots and rehearsals: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-T0d2G73FCGE.html The noise is from pouring rain in one of the days.
It was my bad! It had 50K views, but then instead of 1, I marked a whole paige of 30 videos and deleted them. So 30 videos are reuploads with no views 😂😭
