Man I miss C.O.G.I.C. I haven’t been to a COGIC church in 7 years but these guys are amazing with the Spirit of God upon them!!!!! Reminds me of me and my brothers playing in church. I play the set as well and when the Spirit hit you like this God takes control and all you can do is give Him Glory!!!

Yoooo! This is church. I don’t care what anyone says.If I’m going to church this is vibe and atmosphere it has to be. Let the dead bury the dead. Church is supposed to be a place where joy fills the room. I see nothing but skillful musicians loving what they do in this video. Church is a place of excellence. Love seeing it displayed at a high level.

Yall say Too much sheading yet they're still giving God praise and enjoying themselves! If you've never been to a convention....this is how it is. I think it's great that they can come and be free, have fun, and still praise God even if people are recording them in the process.

These guys are so great. I love to see these musicians play with such passion and conviction. I am so moved by the expression. NOW if only we can work together as musicians and stop trying to be the NEXT BIG THING and work towards being GREAT TOGETHER, i think the competition can stop and the real music can start again. Just a thought and a hope.

All I can say is these guys are TOTALLY BLESSED!!!!! But being talented & gifted are totally different. Being talented can ONLY be looked at in a natural sense. But being gifted can be looked at in both a natural & spiritual way. So with that being said if your a musician & you don't have the power to usher in or bring the true holy spirit(Not emotion or feelings) to the atmosphere, building or whatever setting your in then your just talented!!! No shade to anyone because truth sets us free, I have to tell it.

I like the lil eddie heyward bounce that Josh is doing on the drums. As a drummer that when you feeling it. Calvin, Josh and eddie are a few of the best drummers period but what makes it great is that it is for the Lord.

I'm just sitting looking at these comments on how they're "showboating" this is how musicians do these conventions like the holy convocation and aim being the biggest ones for Cogic, so us young upcoming musicians can take the stuff we saw and heard back to our churches these guys are inspirations to many musicians and basically it's all about God,the guys behind them aren't worshipping them they're are making the "StankFace" as a lot if church musicians do when they hear/see something they liked and grooving to the music that's what they're doing bc you can tell they're church musicians or singers too! from a church musicians viewpoint it's good to have some fun while playing music that's all they're doing that's how they express their feelings through music,if you've ever seen the mayfield brothers live playing at aim or at the convocation you definitely understand what I'm saying.
