I made this video very quickly. I don't know why but, after watching this movie yesterday, i felt the need to make a video about these two. Yeah, i admit it, i watched this movie just for James Purefoy and i never thought that, in the end, i would have loved it. It's a great movie, it also moved me, so i recommend it to you. And, obviously, i couldn't ship a couple w/o agnst .-. But i was so happy when they get their happy ending together ♥ Yay heart eyes
It was a bit strange to see some of Rome's actors together again, like Ciaran Hinds Julius Caesar and Polly Walker -Atia-.. it was like a parrallel universe where Julius and Mark Antony meet again, same for Antony and Atia xD
Btw, as usual, James did an amazing job -he even sang in this movie. And it was just too precious ♥-. I could listen to his voice all day long.
I know the video is not much, as i said i made it quickly.. just for fun. But i hope you like it anyway. Any feedback is appreciated.
Sorry for the bad quality of the clips, but i couldn't find a better one

James Purefoy running off with another one of Polly Walker's daughters! It's like the man never learns... Good video, I'll have to watch this version at some point.

+irydionlover93 Dato che io non sono affatto brava a fare riassunti e/o a spiegarmi, e quindi non gli renderei la giustizia che merita, ti riporto la trama del libro da cui è tratto questo film (e che è finito direttamente nella mia wishlist libresca xD): "Il corso della narrazione, che prende avvio dalla 'vendita' della moglie da parte di Michael Henchard, è abilmente scandito da una serie di vicende che, nel ritrarre l'ascesa e la rovina di un 'uomo di carattere' compongono la mappa simbolica della condizione umana. Gli stessi personaggi che ruotano attorno al protagonista, prigioniero senza scampo del passato, incarnano i ruoli della tumultuosa, eterna lotta tra istinti e ragione, natura e cultura, semplicità e artificio". A me è piaciuto molto, è forse il migliore che ho visto finora tra i film di James (e fidati che di ciofeche ne ho viste xD Tipo un film horror, che alla fine faceva quasi più ridere che paura, però lui era particolarmente bello in quel film quindi almeno mi sono rifatta gli occhi :P). Però si sa che io ho un debole per i film/tf in costume e per le storie d'amore travagliate e personaggi complicati/fragili. E questo li racchiudeva tutti! xD Il video l'ho fatto davvero velocemente, non avevo molta voglia di starci a lavorare troppo...tanto dubito che qualcuno (a parte te che sei sempre un tesoro
