What’s the use of CKD’ing this model if you going to have seat heaters which is useless in our country?? Might as well delete that item and save some money/replace it with other more useful fractures like radar cruise control/cooled seats/rear vents

Good car but it should come with MCC(radar-active cruise control) considering the price....

One flaw that I found throughout this review is that there's no third row aircon vents. Granted in a short drive you don't feel the uncomfortable but in a long drive with the sun scorching hot you will suffer at the back. Hope Mazda can take this into consideration.

I prefer the version seat with the middle console, because of the storage and look. We would only seldom use the 3rd row. Waiting which specs and prices will will get for Thailand. The CX-8 should be introduced in November.

Need more work with the camera... move in and out makes people dizzy. And the audio is really quite bad. Nice car though.

Isn’t the tyre 225/55r19 in the cx8 is identical as mazda cx5 2.5 spec (and above) ? Cx9 use 225/?r20 if im not wrong.

Eu Jin, any chance reviews on the Toyota Kluger SUV 3.5 litres V6. I've written in on the AutoBuzz.my on this subject since 05 September 2020. I believe its cx9 rival.. but again, the cx9 hundred thousand more.. cx8 more comfy because it not on truck base platform like fortuner.. fortuner more pickup drive

How could this be a 7-seater? This is a 6-seater for adults and when you fold the 3rd row, it becomes a 4-seater. Not practical for me.

What’s the purpose of this car when they have CX9? With the almost identical exterior, this just make Mazda is a boring car. They should’ve done a coupè version if they wanna look different for each model. They’re becoming like Audi which has the same mediocre looks. Still, great materials used and the driving experience is way better than most its rivals. That, I like.
