Thanks @Randhir for being there whenever I seek your inputs! I am quite sure the audience here saw the drastic difference in quality in terms of what is being peddled out there as interview training and coaching!
I happened to stumble across this video the week before my MBA interview, and I'm lucky I did. Lots of great insights offered here that are hard to find, and they definitely helped me shape myself up and crack said interview. Thank you to the both of you!
Thanks Arun sir and Randhir sir for such an insightful and candid discussion on one of the most stressful aspects of MBA prep journey. Got amazing and nuanced perspectives on the MBA interview and the questions asked.
Single-most amazing session on interviews and insights on life in general. Every word so valuable to reach one's true potential. Amazing! What legends of the game!
This is The MOST BRILLIANT session on Interview on youtube ..I also got benefitted from your Q&A series..especially that strength and weakness ..that was a completely new perspective to me .. Thank you very much!
This has been a great help. Interviews dates are just around the corner and candidates are filled with a lot of anxiety and unpredictability. Thank you so much, sir, for such great insights!
18:48 - I've given a total of around 20 MBA interviews from IIM-L to IMI Delhi, and the starting point for preparing interviews should be this line. Interviews are short and nobody has the time or interest in listening to your larger stories. You need crisp, valuable and on-point answers.

Then I talked about the typical styreotype of the society which has been suplemented by the bollywood, and then mard ko dard nhn hota waali bullshit. Then I guess after 1.25 minutes I stopped. M: You have to speak for 2 minutes na.. Me: Sure sir I can go on and on if you want. F(Interrupted): You could have mentioned some celebrity who cried on TV. Me: Absolutely ma’am, as we already know Mr. Bachchan, the Angry young man, cried on National TV during KBC. He also got emotional on the Death anniversary of Mr. Dhirubai Ambani. F: Ok now.. we got your point. M: Gave me the Josephus problem with 100 men. Me: Sir I do not know the exact answer but I do know that this is a famous mathematical problem of Josephus, and this has to do with the power of 2. If I have to take I wild guess then I will say 63 or 65.. (Guys the answer was 73.) M: Wrong answer. Ok this time giving you a much easier problem. If draw an alphabet from the word assassination.
