Hi Jeana, I recently purchased the MBK Eye Rejuvenator from SkinBeautifulRx, less than a month ago and the device got too hot and burned my undereye skin; my skin is dehydrated and crepey due to this device. I think the inventor of this device should have put into it an off switch to the heating element. I think the damage to my under eyes might be permanent. The customer service that handles issues to the MBK Eye Rejuvenator sent me out a new one, they told me to keep the old one and throw it away. I originally ordered this device for the microcurrent. Do you have any suggestions on how I can address the dehydration it's like the heat melted what little fat pad that I had in my eyes. I personally could never encourage anyone to purchase this device until the heating element has been addressed.
Wow! I sell quite a few of those and we have not had a problem. Did you hold it in one spot too long? What eye product did you use with it? Did you stop using it as soon as your product was absorbed? I started using this device a few weeks ago. I only use it on my upper eyelid area as it seemed to be creating more wrinkles on the under eye area. I also switched to a gel made specifically for conducting and feel it works best. So I am seeing some lift in my upper lids but have noticed I’m getting some twitching in the upper eye lids throughout the day. Is this a normal reaction? I was using twice a day but cut back to once and it does seem to help. Have you heard of others having this reaction?
Hi Gayla, Be sure that you are well hydrated and drink a glass of water before your treatment. I would reduce to using the device once per day. You do need to use a conductive gel when doing a longer treatment. But using any water-based gel or serum will conduct for the short time that you are using the Eye Rejuvenator. Just be sure that the skin is still slippery. I use Le Mieux Iso Cell Recover Solution to wet the skin if I need more slip.

Hi Jeana, do you think it’s okay to pair iS Clinical C eye serum underneath Neogenesis eye serum for the mbk? My main issue are dark eye circles and some dark greenish pigmentation (similar to bruising) under my right eye thanks!
