in 2nd grade i used to put a d r o p of water in my mouth after i ate something really sugary thinking it would somehow cancel out the sugar and make me a skinny queen 😔✊

As long as he counted his carbs and took insulin within 15 mins, he'd be fine. Or he took insulin before eating, which is the best way that was the insulin kicks in while you're eating.
