Welcome to our video exploring the Hebrew word צר, which means to be bound in the mind. In this video, we will dive into the meaning and significance of this word in both modern Hebrew and paleo Hebrew. Join us on this journey of discovery as we unravel the deep spiritual and cultural connections of צר.
Have you ever felt like your mind was bound, trapped by negative thoughts or emotions? In Hebrew, the word צר, pronounced "tsar", means to be bound in the mind.
The ancient Hebrew language, also known as paleo Hebrew, gives insight into the deeper meanings of words. צר represents a state of mental confinement, restriction, or limitation.
When we feel צר, it can manifest as anxiety, fear, or stress, holding us back from experiencing true freedom and peace of mind.
By recognizing when we are feeling צר, we can take steps to break free from the mental chains that bind us.
Through mindfulness, self-awareness, and seeking support when needed, we can begin to release ourselves from the grip of צר.
Remember, only Yeshua the Messiah has the power to overcome the boundaries that hold you captive in your own mind. Come to God through Him and promises deliverance and help.
Matthew 11:28-29
“Come to Me, all who are weary and heavy-laden, and I will give you rest. Take My yoke upon you and learn from Me, for I am gentle and humble in heart, and YOU WILL FIND REST FOR YOUR SOULS.

I love it, but the music doesn't add to it. I'm hard of hearing at almost 78 years old. It drowning out your voice. 😢 Good teaching experience. 😊

Hi. In Psalm 32:7, would you please help me understand the connection between TSR and NTSR ? I only know that TSR is to bind/distress etc and NTSR is to guard or watch or keep. Thanks.
