Great job Annette! Really amazing how u managed to tie so many points together in just under 15 mins, from charity to migrant workers, to the "cheating" part to the dramatic kitchen scene, just when things couldnt get uglier it dramatically turned around to the sweetest ending. Great script writing skills there! Loved the ending message, that what makes us rich isnt the money we have but the quality of the relationships with have with those around us. Really enjoyed all your asian billionaire episodes so far! Great job and effort! In fact I dare say this really looks like a real hollywood/netflix kind of standard of movies! Keep it up Annette! cant wait to see more content from u in future!

Wholesome ending. I didn't know what to expect from this series but honestly it's been amazing. That ending scene with Yana and the kids baking together...tear-jerking man...

Thoroughly enjoyed this series! Great scripting for this last episode - I see what you did with the cake in the oven pun hahahaha. tying 2 seemingly separate plot lines into a coherent one. Noice. On par with a wongfu production. Take your time to write a good season 2 if u are gonna write one - better a slow but great season 2 than a quick but sloppy one!

An amazing series with perfectly fitting casts! i was absolutely drawn in right from the start, and it has become one of my fav yt series'. i love how you perfectly depicted the essence of a singaporean household in a western/modern rich asian settings. loving the parasite/CRA vibes and also how it was filmed in a comedic "the office" cinematography xD WE NEED MOREEEE!!

Ok just watched all 5 episodes and i just couldn't stop. Although I'm a bit late to the party, but this was an awesome show !! Haven't had to laugh till tears came in a long time and certainly not from any of the locally produced CH 5 shows recently. Excellent script, good acting, pacing and steering clear of cheap laughs make this just delightful. Really really hope you have a season 2. And that season 1 gets shown on tv to a wider audience cuase its just a cut above the stuff we have now. Here's hoping a season 2 happens. (Even tatum gets 2 be gambit and an ancient wesley snipes suit up as blade again so nvr say nvr😊😊)

Love this series... actually you all should ride on this wave after this. Like make a spin off on how the Swees made their fortunes eg. Can make some investment videos on Starhill reit etc. Pros and cons. But this time instead of a mockumentary, it's serious stuff just using the same characters. Would be highly educational yet entertaining at the same time. At the same time can leverage on your new 80-100k plus viewers. 👍🙂

Really Annette, youtube fed me your mini series here, and I really have been surprised by it. It has had me laughing out loud and also surprised myself with watching all 5 episodes. Really hope you build on this. It is great :)

Asian Billionaires thoughts Ok script delivery could be better camera work like office Schitt's Creek Vibe (didn't watch Modern Family) Funny moments EP 1 Only Yana Maria Del Rosario made me laugh. Enjoy maid's character fun bubbly easy going that takes any small thing that comes along her way EP 2 The Irony in Paul Swee's words in that episode was pretty funny. How he's so frugal but has a chauffeur. EP3 A Singapore show has to be relatable so I feel that Ep 3 is my favorite as I also have very poor Mandarin speaking skills and I think that a lot of people will also find relatable. The "THAT one" bit was my favorite bit in that episode. EP4 The story for Bench bros really cracked me up. Fakkah Fuzz and Benjamin Kheng's chemistry was really good. Probably one of the best episodes. Maximillian swee leeching off his parents and being incapable of taking care of himself ironing his clothes and tieing his tie (but not tieing his shoelaces) hits too close to home. Benjamin Kheng was really good at being the silly one in EP 3-5 but his performance in EP 1 & 2 seemed a little forced to me which I don't really like. I really liked The Office. So imo abruptly cutting in the middle of the bit is much funnier than letting the whole scenario pan out. The scene where Paul Swee gave money to Yana Maria Del Rosario and just realized he has been conned. imo cutting the moment it clicked would have been funnier, after he said "wait.". Somewhat wise words of Conan O Brien, strongly paraphrased, you got to put out whatever comedy you do or write. And whatever, people's reactions are they're all subjective! As comedy is subjective. Think Asian Billionaires is a pretty solid show! Coming from a person which spends most of his time watching comedies and has no experience in anything creative.

Always appreciate caregiver, they work so hard and their job not physically tiring but emotional too.

Im here supporting Annette after her awesome concert! Who is here too becuz of her concert? It's nice to remind people that money should not be everything. We should try not to be blinded by money. Happiness n mental wellness should be more impt than $. I would think having to work for smth you enjoy even at a lower pay rate is better than having to stick to a high paying job tat u hate. It's so sad knowing people still choose high paying job over wat they enjoy. Frens choosing to stay in an industry that takes their life away, all their time just to pay bills. I know at times we cant choose if there isnt the opp or opt. Naturally everyone is drawn to higher paying job. But i think it should be a good reminder that there is so much more things tat is more impt than $. So wat if u r rich but in a broken family? So wat if u finally got rich but realise u didnt have time for urself n ur fam? So wat if one finally have the $ but realise you a uncurable illness. It is impt to away take a step bck n think is this worth, wat else can be done. This is such a well done series ( just like the beef. Hahaha!). When one cant stop watching n awaits for the next ep (tats me!) it speaks something. Pls don't stop working on such awesome series no matter how much obstacles it takes to be there. You are such a talent that i have been screaming out to my frens! I think you deserve the attention and be known of your talent having more support in doing what u r good at! You are gold! I meant it truly. Tat reminds me of ur song. I just want to tell u how much i appreciate all your hardwork in creating contents in making ppl laugh and nice songs that feels under rated at the moment. Stay strong and keep fighting Annette! Simple brilliant, Annette. This episode wraps up the series beautifully, with its witty humour, and also heartwarming message to not lose sight of the most important things in life. This episode touched on many areas in Singapore today - our attitude towards migrant workers, highlighting the importance of charities, teaching our children to be responsible, kids over relying on their helpers, trust in a family, the overemphasis on money for some etc. I feel that these were all points that were introduced in the storytelling in a very subtle way in which the audience can relate to without finding it cringy. This would serve as a great textbook example of how to introduce key issues to the masses effectively. Really loving ur work Annette. We just have a rising film director in our midst! And finally, the last line from Gurmit is pure gold “I know a lot of poor people who have lots of money. But I dare say I’m the richest man in Singapore” 👏

I loved it greatly, this is felt like family guy ( but SIngaporean context). Easily one of the best, scratch that, THE best local production I have seen. I really hope this gets a season 2 and more episodes with good story arcs for each character. I really loved it! Good job !!
