Actually, there is a reason. If you’ve been looking at the comments for a while, then you should know why. Like you said, MOA fans can be crazy and some of them kept commenting “Yeonjun” on various shorts and videos for no reason, so the Yeonjun safe zone was born. Many people liked and replied “HERE!” Some people even said “I brought some food!” and texted food emojis. It was all a great group they made from just one comment. People were spreading the safe zones on videos for fun (or possibly for clout if unfortunate) Then it spread rapidly, there were too many safe zone to choose from. It got tiring and boring, and the fans already stopped. Basically there wasn’t any use anymore, it was kind of like the Ohio meme, nobody really liked it anymore. Now people say #STOPTHISTREND or #STOPYEONJUNSAFEZONE I miss those times where we were never tired of it, it’s too much now.
If you’re wondering, Yeonjun safe zones were apparently start because there were bots saying “Yeonjun” in replies. So people made these safe zones, apparently preventing the bots. The bots are gone, so everybody says it ironically

So I think Yeonjun safe zone is meant to tell people "like this so that you don't have to like/sub the video", but if it comes in cringe vids, they basically means that the vid is cringe
