The Mesocco Trail: Hiking along the abandoned Misox railway line - and why it is worth it 

In 1907 a meter gauge railway line was built to connect Bellinzona (Ticino) with Mesocco in Grishun. However, there has never been enough demand for a train in this sparsely populated part of Switzerland and the railway has been discontinued for quite some years. See how it looks now.
