If there wasn’t so much nade spam it would be borderline perfect

It would've been cool if they made this to mobile online game

I just need them to remaster this game the exact way and a lot of these shooter games would cease to exist to me

The gameplay systems were well done, but what is more impressive imo is MGO's infrastructure. The built-in social features for a console game in that generation was absolutely unheard of. The various clan lobbies, training rooms, instructors/graduations, friends/BL system, lobbies with highly customizable criteria resulting in varied and long-lasting community game modes (lmfao G.G. prison rooms)...legendary.

It’s back in case you don’t know. Look up SaveMGO. It’s on ps3/pc with cross play, lots of fixes and new maps. But yeah I agree. I’m an old vet and about to start playing again.

You thought that's bad try MGO3, it had cheaters every match being out of bounce

@@TotallySearch I wasnt a fan of MGO3. It felt neutered compared to MGO and 2

MGO 1 was ruined by the glitching but yeah the tick rate and lag was so bad in MGO2. I remember the lag where whenever you'd get knocked down to the ground from a grenade you'd teleport lol

Mgo3 sucks

MGO3 was poised to be such a massive improvement but ended up being a dramatic downgrade in every department outside of the movement and shooting. The class system was a massive error, and with significantly less customization for your soldier the community got stale quickly.

I played the shit out of the jail rp, I was 12 when mgs4 came out so it was a lot for my tiny brain lol
