There was a whole can of chiles and a whole bottle of condensed milk, it is composed primarily of candy and even though soldiers need a high calorie and fat meals this doesn't make for a nutritious meal when you compare it to any other of the MRE's also none of those things can be prepared in a fast or practically way for being an acceptable MRE.
