We need to sell off Jimmy, Terry, and Duncan for picks, expiring contracts, and young players. We need to tank the rest of the season to keep our lottery pick in the upcoming draft, and rebuild this team basically from scratch. If we can get a Jalen Williams or an Evan Mobley or something near that for Bam, I consider doing that too. Tyler is the only one living up to expectations in the starting lineup. I give Jovic a pass because he is still a baby and I think they have him playing out of position. The rest should be shopped. We need that dude that Jimmy no longer is, someone who will fearlessly attack when the team needs them. Tyler has that, it’s the one thing I’ve always appreciated about him no matter how much I wanted him traded, but he also can’t be your best player. There are 2 guys in the next draft that I would love to have, Cooper Flagg and VJ Edgecombe, who could be our future star. It’s time the Heat admit they don’t have enough, and rather than fighting like hell to get slaughtered in the playoffs, give themselves a head start on the next build.

I’ll be honest, from the top down, the Heat look fugazi right now. Spo looks bad, the front office looks bad for not doing anything the last 3 years. Heat culture means nothing right now. You got a team that routinely beats itself because our 2 stars/culture carriers both shrink when the team needs them most. Jimmy and Bam, right now, are SOFT!
The problem isn't Jimmy Butler. The problem is Bam Adebayo. He is not blocking, he is not rebounding, he is not guarding the paint. Why? Because he's undersized. And he doesn't like to make another big like Jovic shine. Watch how he never sets up Jovic. He should just be replaced by Ware. Play Ware, Jovic, Butler, Herro, Rozier and you'll have a much better team and result. A real center which gives you size, shooters, slashers, defenders, rebounders, blockers.

Way over-reacting. Give this group 20 games to reveal themselves, and let them regroup, and gel. We all knew that this team couldn't compete at the very top with Jimmy and Bam as their top 2 players. Ware and the rookies MUST be in the rotation for this team to have a higher ceiling.
What needs to happen to the Heat this season: 1. They need to let the young players that they have drafted or signed play (Ware, Larson, Johnson, Christopher) 2. Move Bam at the PF position 3. TRADE JIMMY BUTLER AND GET DRAFT ASSETS AND YOUNG PLAYERS!!! 4. If you're not a top 4 team in the east, don't go for a playoffs spot, take your chance in the draft lottery and a top 5 pick to build around, imagine drafting Cooper Flagg or Ace Bailey 🤯🤯🤯 5. With the draft assets that the team gets for trading Jimmy, use those to trade for De'Aaron Fox With those moves or something similar, i could see this team become a perennial championship contender for years to come.

People piling on bam, why? There's maybe 3 centers in the world that could deal with kat when he starts going. Hes a legit superstar level at 7ft. Jimmy was going against the best wing defender in the NBA with a 7'2 wingspan. And he had help from bridges whos probably the best SG defender in the NBA with a 7'1 wingspan. We lost to a team who not only matchup well against us, but are probably tiers better than us. The season is not over we just aint beating these fools.

I'm a long time Heat fan, and honestly I don't know why we have the same roster as last year, everyone know we did horrible, and some how they preset this as a "new" roster, Jimmy needs to be trade like yesterday, why Spo is playing Bryant instead of Kel'el Weare, he needs to prepare him and get him ready, also why Jovic , there's a lot to discussed and honestly I think there's more behind that we all don't know, I just want players that cares and love the game, I want to see them play like is the last game, they get paid to be professionals and work as a team, Miami Heat should be their first priority, not social media,their business or anything else they are doing, that's my point of view.
Dru Smith. Glad to see him play but I felt like he was just used as gaurd filler. He defends to the point that he will commit to annoying the backcourt and delay them. Yet, New York is a slow paced team. My point, he was not needed for this matchup, ESPECIALLY when the most corrupted referee in existence was there (who overturned at least 2 or so questionable calls, AND THIS WASN'T EVEN ON ESPN)

I have really enjoyed watching Jimmy overall. Also, YES, clinging to less than a punchers chance at the chip is just not worth it long term. Send him to the GSW or something. Get a Pods and/or Kuminga. UNLESS, this is a temp injury or something he's gotta go man. ..just go young, get picks or get serious about staying out the play-in and standing a chance. But do not be MID again. NEVER be mid. It's a waste of everyone's time.
Love you content, brother, but I disagree. Yes, this Offense doesn't look great and the Third Quarter (aka Turd Quarter) is still giving us problems. However, saying to blow up the roster after only 4 games in the season so far is a little bit of an overreaction. If this was December and the problems remain, you can definitely make a case for changes. With that said, we are not at that point yet and there's still a chance for a turnaround. Again, no diss to you, Nic, and I still love the content, but it's a take I wholeheartedly disagree with, especially since it's REALLY early into the season. Peace, bro.

No. People might disagree with me, but I wouldn't mind getting rid of some players to change the roster. There's no need to blow it up. Terry and Tyler are playing ok enough. We need Bam to be nore involved, and Jimmy is playing ok for his age. If by 15 games or so we have a horrible record, then we need to rethink everything. Unless we get Giannis, we should stay put

You absolutely HAVE to trade Jimmy. There is no chance another team would pay him anywhere near what he would make if he just opts in. You cannot risk him opting in. If you can get something like what you suggested from the Rockets, that would be an A+ move. Maybe you can get Kuminga, although i don’t like that he is already trying to get a max which would be undeserved. But maybe you take the leash off him the rest of this year and he earns it. I would even trade him for Ben Simmons + multiple picks.
He’s an expiring and a salary match. You’re not trading to keep him, rather to clear 50 million $ to create lots of options for free agency. It might be the only thing they can do if no one wants Jimmy.
I don't think Miami Heat should blow up their roster. I just think they need to mix the Young Guns in with the veterans. I think Kel Ware needs to get some playing time alongside the Bam because they need some shot blocking and also Kevin Love will help the rebounding problem even at his old age two or three easy baskets what's his Outlet pass Keyshawn need to get some minutes and I think Pella Larson need to get some minutes but definitely Kel War because of stop blocking presents
Your not overreacting at all. You can clearly see we cant match up against the top 5 east teams. Jimmy isnt putting up numbers like before and honestly his age is quickly catching up.
