「うえまち」しか食べた事がない。ここでいつも頼むのは「和え麺」普通の中華そばも素晴らしいけど、これも絶品やね。

Everyone said go to Ichiran. So I went. I was underwhelmed. Their ramen was just passable to me. Now I'm back in my home country and see this video in my feed. No Ichiran in the list and the #1 shop is located near the hotel I was staying at! 😩. I need to visit Osaka again soon!

Ichiran is just famous one, but I can't say it's on the level of a top 10 ramen shop. It's a ramen for tourists, and Japanese ramen lovers rarely eat it. Please come to Japan again !

They're just famous because of franchising. It's like comparing McDonald's burger to a homemade burger.

update: tried each flavour they offered. The classic, the miso, and the anchovy. I didn't miss a lunch during my whole stay in Osaka, I was here every day. Tried a couple others that weren't at their level yet better than what I've had in north america. Can't wait to return next year to have this for lunch again and again.
