You asked for it and boy did we listen! We completly redesigned and innovated our Micro Traumapak Elite. The Micro 2.0 TraumaPAK is the smallest fully loaded TraumaPAK we have ever made. It is an innovative pouch within a pouch that is connected to the actual red tab that is used to open it up! If you need one item from the kit you simply open the tab and pull out what you need. If your under stress and need all the contents from the kit you simply keep pulling the same red tab and the entire kit comes out (this allows you to mount the kit anywhere on your gear as long as you can reach the red tab). We also added a specific spot on the outside of the kit to securly mount any windless tourniquet. We have also included a dedicated Trauma shears pouch with a velcro closure flap that will hold the shears in place even if upside down and vigorously shaken. The Micro 2.0 is extremly durable and made with 1000 Danier Cordura Fabric, it's extremly resistant to stains and abrasions, It can be mounted in Three ways, belt mounted up to 2", molle system or around an object (such as a sideways belt) with the included velcro webbing straps.
You can purchase these fully stocked or empty. Thanks for all your support. Let’s save lives together 👍 #traumapak #micro2.0 #innovation

I’d personally say screw the pressure wrap in favor of z pack gauze, a tourniquet will cover your limbs, chest seals for sucking chest wounds, then the z pack gauze for junctional wounds / just to use as gauze, pressure wraps are nice but in this size kit I don’t think they are worth the space and the advantages of z pack gauze are too numerous to ignore imo

Does it come with extra tourniquets for the arm and leg you’re charging for your packs?
@shyowl3453
@shyowl3453 Год назад
Was gonna say 120$ is a lot, 34$ for the tourniquet (although the site says you get two so 68$? I guess), 16$ for the chest seals, say 50 cents for the gloves, very basic pair of trauma shears 8$, sharpie 1$ and quick clot is about 20$, over all for what’s shown in the video 34$ + 16$ + 8$ + 0.50$ + 1$ + 20$ = 79.5$ (you could add 16$ for the swat tourniquet but I’d rather not buy trash) so the case itself is being advertised for 40.5$ basically which seems rather high for how small it is, now if it does come with 2 real tourniquets then it’s not a bad price since it’d be only 6.05$ over the cost of the items on their own, but if it’s counting one of the tourniquets as a swat toilet paper roll then it’d be better to get a different case and source things yourself

@@shyowl3453the $ sign goes before the number. So, $1.65 not 1.65$

Do you guys sell the pack by itself with none of the contents?
@shyowl3453
@shyowl3453 Год назад
I did the math in another comment but basically with what the site says the case itself makes up about 6.05$ of the total cost if your sourced the contents from amazon, the pack on its own would be a much more reasonable cost for most of us that already own most of the contents

Hello there. Where are these made?

Does folding the chest seals damage them? In my mind it would however I'm not an EMT.

I can tell that you have never opened the NAR chest seals because They come folded in half from the factory. So no, folding it again will not damage it.

I’m a medic it’s fine to fold them it’s to prevent tension pneumothorax gauze it if it’s really bloody then use the chest seal to prevent the air from goin in

Thanks for the reply,I had the same question
@thisiconisactuallygoofysfa9960
It won’t damage or ruin them, but I’d you look at hyfin chest seals in a twin pack, they come attatched at the package, folded
