Yeah, like the time she made her own vibe from the end of Frankie's mop and one of Mike's hammers or when she cut a glory hole in the wall of Brick's bedroom to lose her cherry and that time Axel taught her how to give a sloppy gobby just in time for the prom and of course when she was crying because she had the painters in the afternoon of her first big date and Mike taught her how to take guys to brown town. Gotta love Sue!
I absolutely loved The Middle. I don’t see why people hated it or thought it was underrated or thought it was a cheap version of Malcolm in the Middle. It was great!
This show was so REAL. My family and I watched this show every week growing up and we felt like it was about us. When it feels like everyone else's lives are perfect, it's comforting to see these characters with lives just as crappy as ours.
Maybe cos they edited out the scenes where Sue played with the jury rigged vibe she made out of the end of Frankie's mop and one of Mike's hammers. She used to go to town on that especially after Axel taught her how to give a sloppy gobby at the same time while brick teabagged him and Mike dropped in to make it a dp while Frankie strummed her banjo and commentated.
A lot of people keep comparing this to “Malcolm in the Middle” either because it’s also about a family who try to get by or has “middle” in the name or both.
I completely understand comfort shows. No violence, calm and peaceful. My old favorites are "King of Queens" and "Everybody Loves Raymond" and ""The Office." My new one, which I recommend to you, is "Abbot Elementary." 👍
i’m not one to title “comfort” thing but this is definitely my comfort show; i watch it every day and never get tired of it. i used to watch it when i had cable but since streaming platforms started dominating the industry i haven’t been able to watch it, so thank you HBO Max
Great thing about this show. It was realistic and relatable. My family feels so similar to them. Close in ages, incomes, so many scenes made me and my wife smirk knowing that it happened to us too.
I speak from experience, not quite the same situation but similar enough. I remember trying to help my friend close his garage door from the outside. We were both standing in the drive way and I stuck my fingers in between the slots of the garage door and my friend yanked the garage door shut. Ultimately shutting my fingers shut in the door. The pain was excruciating and it felt like a burning sensation and it was the worst hand/finger pain in my life. They automatically turned purpleish/reddish and I ran them over water for like thirty minutes. I'm lucky I didn't break them cause based on the bruising I really thought I'd lost them all
@@davidwarhol9176 sounds awful. For me it happened when I was really little and went to use the bathroom. Didn’t know my sister was in there using the bathroom. She immediately pushed the door fully shut, with my fingers stuck in the back where the hinges are. Don’t know how nothing broke but terrible pain.
Happened to me where my fingers were actually through the door and the middle just got crushed. Never seen something bruise and break so quickly. Incredibly painful.
YES. I mentioned this exact same thing to my mom. My family member has autism and one day my mom and i were talking about The middle and i mentioned to her that maybe Brick was autistic but they never said it directly, they just labeled him as “weird.”
It’s also so relatable that the whole family and community, including the parents and school, don’t really understand this and just have Brick in their heads as a “weird and unique” child
It really is perfect. The cast, the sets, the characters and dialogue, acting and directing. I have rewatched it so many times, and every time i discover more details.
when Axl was using that lawn chair as crutches because, his feet were all tore up in the Forced Family Fun episode was hilarious 😆 🤣 😂 .Any scene with Brad was funny
When Sue made the jury rigged vibe out of the end of Frankie's mop and one of Mike's hammers was pretty fun too, especially when Axel dropped in on it and turned it into her first non-father/daughter dp
I loveeeeer this showww.... frankie heck is very good actress. And i love axlll.. hes very good looking... and the whole family stuff, family stories and lessons in it... very good... and with each season how the kids become more mature... good show.
Here in Germany the Show wasn't shown on regular TV. We found it during c on amazon prime. All the family love it ❤, and i cried at the last episode that it was over 😢
I just started watching this show. I am in season 2. But now I see these clips, I can't believe how much Brick and Frankie have changed. I think only Sue aged beautifully.
I can not believe I just found this clever show on Peacock just six months ago. When it was current, I thought it was probably not "sophisticated" enough for me....Well, it is. It is very funny, lovable, more family friendly then most comedy I like but so what?....These clips are but a taste.....the kids are awesome actors!
