The energy at the concert was great altho they really needed to crank the AC. I loved the remixes they did of some of their older songs, especially Days of Thunder! I was super excited to see them perform River of Darkness again but I was a little disappointed that they didn't play many songs from Heroes. I was really hoping to hear A Place of Her Own, Loved By You, and Heart Worth Breaking again after seeing them live at the Palladium. I was also sad that they didn't play Land Locked Heart! Again, overall amazing show, can't wait to see them next time they come to LA!
been listening to this band for a few years but this is the first live show of theirs i have watched. With this genre of music you worry that they tinker with the vocals too much in the studio but i have to say this guy sounds great live, as do the whole band.
I've seen them live twice and it's always magical. They change it up and each song is always performed slightly different. I truly regretted not going to this show, having to drive down from Bay Area on a Sunday was tough. I'm grateful for this recording!
As much as I love this band, missing notes and consistently staying out of key is absolutely not okay dude. At least have a backtrack or something or use autotune to at least guide the pitch holy hell
Eh, I really don't care for this version...its really missing that "crunch" that drives the song for me. This is making me feel better about missing them on this tour, and very happy I saw them on last year's tour.
It always brings much more joy to my heart when I see any band I like perform live. The audience loved them, apart from some in the first few rows who just stood there! lol Audience participation is a huge factor for me. I love it! I love seeing bands live because, to me, it's just so much better! That's why I'll always consider going to a festival.
Seeing them live next Saturday! ❤ I feel like their energy went a little low after Days of Thunder. I've been listening to Red White and Bruised. I love that they're playing the older songs first. Really good energy. 🔥 I feel like the Days of Thunder remix is crap. And from there on the show just went really low
Is this the complete show? There doesn't seem to be a single song from the last album on here. Also, I am fully aware I sound like a grandpa when I say this, but: Where has the drumset gone? I am all for the matching outfits and shit, but I miss the 80s pop rock band setup of the band from a few months ago. Saw them in Europe earlier this year and they ruled. This is still cool, so maybe it's me not them that's the problem hahah
I think they switched up this set a lot because they already toured their new songs around here and this is the only show they're doing in the west coast the rest of the year.
Этот альбом явно не мой.Не для меня и прочая и прочая и прочая.Развитие не подразумевает деградации.Но я верю в Вас парни.Я жду другого.Если Вы понимаете,о чем я!?
@@user-lvl42 as much as I love the midnight and listen to their stuff most days... id be disappointed if id paid to see this live. 3 keyboards and a guitarist randomly jumping around. Not much of a show.
the singer just doesn't perform well live...he is the definition of a "studio musician". otherwise, aside from a few missed que's, they sound good. This isn't meant as an insult, but as a huge fan who tries hard to enjoy these live shows, but keeps seeing the same mistakes over and over. why not stop jumping up and down during the hit points of songs like good in red, and focus on hitting the note? perhaps eliminate the duet on comeback kid, as her vocal isn't there? on shadows, stop trying to over emphasize the chorus, and instead put the processed vocal higher in the mix?
Geezus Patrick, when's your perfect gig happening? Particularly, the female harmonies are perfectly on the note, what are you possibly talking about? Remind us all when your gig is occurring please. Were you to gig at all.
