For the best saturation one, 13:55 , its actually suspicious stew with a blue orchid or dandelion. It gives the saturation effect and restores the same as a golden carrot, therefore it's better.

About the weapons as well, a fishing rod is pretty arguable but not potions, they wood all be considered weapons so every splash potion is a ranged weapons, you can also argue despite not being tools snowballs and ended pearls how as civ did say, tools guys like swords

Please. For the love of god. Before you comment trying to get me, look up the food on the Minecraft wiki. Go to the Usage section. And look at the saturation value. It says it right there, at the top of the section. If it isn’t higher than 21.2, don’t comment about it. 13:53 That is only correct by technicality. The highest saturation you can get from a single item of food is from the Suspicious Stew. When made with a Dandelion or Blue Orchid, it applies the Saturation effect for 7 ticks, granting an additional 14 saturation on top of the base 7.2. However, as this is not granted by the food, it could be argued that Golden Carrot is the correct answer. Edit: Stop saying cake. None of you know what you’re talking about. Cake gives a lot of hunger, but only 2.8 saturation. There are many other foods that give much more saturation.

No, Golden Carrots give 14.4 saturation and Steak gives 12.8. It is the one category Golden Carrots outperform Steam; Steak gives more hunger points and total combined hunger and saturation than Golden Carrots.

One can also make the case snowballs are ranged weapon. While not dealing damage to many things, snowball do damage to strider, blazes and the Ender dragon and I believe that’s it. So while not dealing damage to players it does still deal damage

Fact: Did you know that the most saturation food that isn't the golden carrot is the suspicious stew? If you craft a bowl, a red mushroom, a brown mushroom, and a dandelion, you get a suspicious stew. You might be thinking that the golden carrot gives 3 hunger bars and is the most food. Well the most (saturation) is the suspicious stew because it gives you saturation (effect). So in total, it gives you 6 hunger bars. But the golden carrot is the most (food item) saturation The dandelion suspicious stew is the most saturation.

Without effects, the suspicious stew restores 6 food points and 7.2 saturation points while the golden carrot also restores 6 food points but 14.4 saturation points. With effects, the suspicious stew can resotre up to 21.2 saturation points, but they're not from the food itself, they're from the effect.
