I suffered depression for a long time. Pro lumala sya last june. To the point na may naririnig na akong voice telling me to kill myself. Mas lumala pa dahil nag break up kmi ng bf ko kasi di nya ako ma gets. He did not fully understand my situation, my depression. I tried to think positively but it did not work. Feeling ko dati wla akong silbi, feeling ko invisible ako, pro deep inside me i wanna be cured. Umiiyak ako gabi2x kay jesus bkit nangyayari sakin to. Na sna tulongan nya ako. So gnawa ko nag meditate ako everyday for the whole month of july pra lng ma re-wire ung brain ko. And to clear negative thoughts. And after that, nung unti unti ng lumiwanag mga thoughts ko, i slowly try to reconcile my relantionship with God. Eversince, i didnt feel depress na. I feel happy, light hearted and blessed. Im so happy Jesus saved me. He always do. 💖🙏🏻

I am mentally nd emotionally exhausted for over a year.. And now the signs and symptoms of my depression are getting worst. Everyday i hold on to God.. Everyday I hope things get better.. A failure to cherish all that God promises to be for us in Jesus.

I am depressed lately ,I need the Word of God. I am praying to be okay..

My first time attending a service in ccf and he is my first pastor, very energentic and kwela on how he explains and express words of God.. Putting me in the right way and keep following God is keep me blessed everyday and share those thought to people who is suffering depression and i do have been into that situation and still fighting cause i know Lord God had already saved me from those negative thinking and so excited everyday that God given me hope. nung nagsasalita ka Alvin akala ko ako ikaw.. I was sexually abused by teenagers drug users, not just once, I was angry with my mom since den kse I was blaming her since shes alweiz at work and when she found it out she just let them move to other place. my dad died when I was 4, I didnt realize that not until I attempted suicide, she told me that those are young boys who did not know what to do in life and deserve second chances, I was crying now when I heard all u said alvin, even ur verses are my verses.. what youve been through, ive been through.. I had a degree, Im alweiz d leader of my groups,, all the sports I can win,, but sad hiding all pains.. I continue working in church but living in sin I dont know why! there is this effect that u cant resist! but yes now I still have all these pains but I wont stop! this is not an accident I saw this video.. im now at my weakest point of annullment procedure, I married a wrong Christian, I thought he would help me but he alweiz judge me.. even the church did not welcome me,, its sad there are people who claimed to be Christians, now we both have diff churches and I am working here in saudi.. yes Pastor I wanna be honest with God, and I wont explain to people since they wont understand me coz they barely even knows me. 3 days ago I saw posts of my husband getting married, a Christian wedding they called SPIRITUAL MARRIAGE, I dont what a spiritual marriage is about.. we have not finished our annnullment and yet the church allow it to happen.. for many many times I felt broken onve again now, not bcoz I still feel something for him,, no! I was over him since I stand up alone for my children for how many years. what breaks my heart is that hiw can a church do such things,, cannot wait for the annullment to finish and make someone fee sad.. I am sad, I also wanna have a life.. they did not respect me, the law of the land and the Law of God,, I was starting to feel down after seeing their pictures but now I stand firm with the Lord, I wanna own this promise that you gave me, Lord. I did not want the life and struggles that ive been through in life but I believe in Gods promises, He sent me all those trials. Every human wasn't perfect they're passing past thru on this,lahat tayo weve been this enemies of depression,I have darkness moment too,I committed suicide i cutted my vein in my arms until I lost my conscience and fallen like whirple see the light in edge,but suddenly theres a voice calling me a voice of Jesus ,then I woke up seen myself 9n the hospital,because of worsted it happened in my past,Imylife almost ruined by evil ,this real na gingamit nang demonyo ang katawan ko I'll be in posses floating my body to the air..I was almost dying but God will not leave me, theres a lot of CHALLENGE in life i, JESUS wont stopped to seen His Love ,in short story I encounter one of the Christians he is one of CCF,he told me about my faith and JESUS at first I dont believed. . Until one day I do encounter real JESUS when I was lost myself in unconsciousness walking to go the National bookstore and you know what happened I found myself holding a Bible,that's it happened Sept 7,2006 I remember that day I started to know more JESUS and 360degres turn my life I deal myself to JESUS IS MY NEW LIFE MY NEW HOPE CELEBRATION!Amen ❤🙏🙏🙌🙌

Minsan kaylangan lang pala naten yung presence ng mga taong　mahal naten sa buhay , yung makikinig sayo mauunawaan ka pakikinggan ka without judgement , yung yayakapin ka araw araw . Minsan kase hindi lang tayo dapat ang gumawa ng paraan para gumaling, yung sinasabi ng iba na kaylangan tulungan natin yung sarili natin na nasa satin yung ikagagaling naten. Andon na tayo pero sana ganun din yung nasa paligid natin yung hinihiling mo na sana sila yung mag adjust para sayo 😭 yung sana alam nila yung eksatong nararamdaman mo yung kabigatan kalungkutan.

yes, depression is a serious matter, pero in my own point of view, depression attacks those who have weak relationship with God talaga, kasi mas ineentertain nila ang depression at parang nalilimutan na ang Diyos kaya akala nila nag iisa sila. Dahil kung malakas talaga ang kapit mo sa Diyos kahit gaano kabigat ang problema di mo iisipin na wala ng solusyon at di na magiging masaya pa ang buhay. Lagi lang po tayong magdasal kay Lord dahil naririnig nya ang bawat iyak natin, wag tayong mainip sa mga sagot nya dahil ibinibigay nya ang sagot sa tamang oras at panahon, madalas sinasagot ka na nya agad di mo lang napapansin, kailangan mo lang tignan kung ano ang magandang maliit na pagbabago ang nangyayari sayo, iyon ang sagot ng Panginoon sayo. Powerful ang prayers, kailangan mo lang maniwala na gagawin ng Diyos ang panalangin mo, because GOD IS GOOD ALL THE TIME, he is FAITHFUL! MAHAL NA MAHAL KA, TAYO NI GOD 😊☝🏻
