they said it was to distract him because he wasn't a party-goer, i guess people not at the party may have been privy to what's going on but she was able to convince him to go. i was more confused as to why he ordered marjorie to be shackled up but in the next scene she's in the back of a car with a hidden gun in her pantyhose.

@@carfo yea that all makes sense. I’m still not clear though what their initial meeting was about. The one where they gave riddles to one another. It sounded like she wanted to replace some other “supplier” or something…it sounded like he used someone else and she was saying she was better? As far as your question, I think they were going to shackle her up but took her instead as all the commotion took place. If he hadn’t gotten killed, they were probably going to take her to that building were she and the other guy first saw a bloody, naked woman shackled. That building was right near the parked car. Her having a gun: may have been concealed in her pantyhose the whole time or out of plot convenience she acquired one between transport. Maybe stole it off one of his guards.

She could have been entirely cut and the movie wouldn't have changed at all
