I gave a medal to my daughter, who was raised Catholic but stopped going to mass after graduation from high-school. She took it but didn't waer it. I bought her a nice gold necklace chain , and she then wore the medal. About 9 months later she suddenly showed an interest in going back to church, and made her confession after 17 years! She is now fully involved in her Catholic parish church and ministries!

The New Testament is very clear that Christ is the only mediator between God and man. Mary was a wonderful woman but she is not a mediator or intercessor to Christ. I wear a blessed brown Scapular and a bless crucifix that has Jesus Christ crucified on it. This reminds me to always remember to kiss the scapular before saying morning rosary and prayers. As well I also kiss the cross as I look at it because it reminds me to offer up my pains and sorrows to Him, the God man who died for my sins and those of the world. I have seen it as part of a clip to be put in one's automobile. I think the key is to use the medal out of devotion and in obedience to Our Lady's request. I would wear it but I see no reason why it cannot be incorporated into other articles of devotion such as rosaries, etc. Alphonsus Ratisbonne was converted by just receiving it from a Catholic man who asked him to take the medal. Alphonsus took it as another trophy from a Catholic who wanted to convert him. I doubt he was wearing it when he was converted. Of course it was through the faith of the man who gave if to him, the promise of Our Lady and the impetratory power of the Church that the grace was obtained. I won't limit what Our Lady will do. Ave Maria! This same God that you say hates images asked that there be two angels i.e. images adorning the mercy seat at the top of the ark of the covenant. Also the bronze serpent that was made that when the Israelites looked at it they were cured of their serpent bites. God said not to worship graven images, in the two case of the OT and in the Miraculous Medal we are not worshipping the image we are giving glory to God for his great works and the greatest of God's creatures is HIs Holy Mother. So we do not worship statues or any images but we use them in worshipping the reality they represent. The worship given to God is latria, the worship given to Our Lady is hyperdulia, the worship given to angels and saints is dulia and the worship a husband gives to his wife is Prudence. Ave Maria!

The New Testament is very clear that Christ is the only mediator between God and man. Mary was a wonderful woman but she is not a mediator or intercessor to Christ. He is not cold and unapproachable. 2 Cor 11:14 And no wonder! For Satan himself transforms himself into an angel of light. Mary did not appear to anyone! Praying to someone who lived and died is called necromancy in the Bible. It is an abomination to God. The enemy knows this very well and has many people doing it under the guise of the saints. Many people today do not realize that the saints are mentioned 62 times in the New Testament. They are simply the born again christians. After reading the 62 verses, it is impossible to misinterpret the definition of a Saint. It is interesting that the saints are: 1) Sanctified by their faith and Christ. 2) Alive and walking the Earth. Not dead. 3) Are always mentioned in plural form, never singular. Is the New Testament gospel, salvation is clearly spiritual. Some religions teach that you have to have something tangible that you can touch and see and hold in your hand. This miraculous metal is an idol. It is blasphemous to the creator. The enemy has supernatural power to deceive people. Please study your Bible !!!
The word in Greek does not mean one but primary. Christ is the primary mediator that does not prohibit secondary mediators and meditrixes. Adam and Eve were secondary mediators in the plan of salvation as well all the patriarchs of the old testament.
U talk about Jesus is happy when we praise his mother. I agree with u in the natural. But how many times did jesus praise his mother. Can u name me 1 verse. The angel, as God's representative, addressed her as Full of Grace. Later, her cousin Elizabeth would say the Lord is with thee, blessed art thou among women and blessed is the fruit of thy womd. So Elizabeth was under the inspiration of the Holy Spirit, you know, the Holy Spirit The Holy Spirit, the third person of the Blessed Trinity, co-equal to the Father and the Son. St Elizabeth also said who am I that the mother of my Lord should come to me. She could not say Yahweh so she said the mother of my Lord, Adonai, the mother of my God, the mother of God. It is there if you have eyes and Faith. You say you have eyes, but you do not see, you say you have ears, but you do not hear.

However your explainations are from what u were taught n also what u developed along the way. Firstly I was in a Catholic mission school for 11 years n born a Catholic. I read parts of the catechism but as a Catholic I still knew v little of it n lesser of the bible. At a time in my life I picked up a book HOW TO BE BORN AGAIN. Haven't heard what that was as a Catholic. I read it. It made sense bc jesus said we MUST be born again to inherit heaven. I read it the second time n I did what was necessary ie confess jesus as Lord. So simple. But I sincerely repented bc my sins were blacker than black but not indwelling in them . I did not go to a priest for confession. At this point I had a visitation from the Lord. It was awesome awesome a million times. My room was filled with his presence. The Lord spoke to me in my mind n he said the things I was following as a Catholic ie weekly mass n feast days, n the rosary n the rest will not make me inherit heaven. I was washed whiter than snow. I broke down for 2 hours not knowing the Spirit was already indwelling. This is born again of water n spirit jn3:5. So born again is not baptism bc I was baptised n in sin n sin keeps I out of heaven. Then I was led to the bible n to God. N if u are born again n in the Spirit, u will realise tht the catechism n bible is like water n oil n making Mary Co redemptrix n Co mediatrix is blaspheny. I had to work hard to get my parents saved n the rest. N I realised that Catholic doctrines are certainly not of God. Infallibility makes it worse. The rcc can approve anything like the Immaculate Conception n assumption of Mary. Thts why I ask for proof tht Mary was conceived sinless. It's a lie. Your explanation tht Mary is higher than the angel may not be correct. Also it does not prove she's sinless. Bible says ALL hv sinned. N if u cannot accept what the bible says then u are not obeying jesus bc he is the word of God. Thts why I hate catholicism. It's from the pit of hell. It means she is privileged. It will not make sense to u bc u are not in the Spirit. If u seek the Holy Spirit n ask him to help n teach u jn14, your church will be filled bc catholics are hungry for God. Seek him today. Avoid messages tht contradict the bible. It has become nearly impossible for me to skip a days Rosary or not wear the Miraculous meddle, so only Our lady can be doing this not me. Sometimes I feel God has been angry with me but Our Lady saves me and shields me from his anger then he smiles and gives me his hand.
