It's definitely the hardest part and I find a lot of people give up before it starts to take effect! Finding a bit of time to incorporate it into your everyday life is key 😊easier said than done I know but as with anything consistency pays off!

So basically close your eyes a draw pictures in your mind of what you want and make them come alive so you feel them and believe them and you keep revisiting these drawings in your mind, adding to them each time, influencing how the change, move and grow and how you want to see it all manifest in reality.. and be grateful throughout the process..:)
