So at 8:00 are you saying that the TGC/T4G movement died out because of a failure to agree about particulars of the new covenant? Or that the major players did not believe they were joined together in the new covenant?

thank you for this video, just a thought...as I read the title, I thought doesn't the new covenant bind his people together? I was saddened to hear various systematic theology concepts (ie 'covenant theology/covenant of grace' etc) talked about rather than various biblical texts/the new covenant regarding this topic, it was an interesting video though...

Its because people do not read Rutherford, Durham, Wanphray, Boston, Hutchison and many many more scottish covenanters. Instead people are probably reading sub Christian content Tim Keller. If you are not reading Scottish covenant theology shame on you.

Jared and Doug articulate issues so very well and are erudite on doctrinal issues. They clearly have suitable leadership skills to lead reformation except à majority of us cannot get our heads around the 'c' word. There are probably hundreds of thousands ready for the confident hope preached in Moscow but the Moscow juggernaut will not move. All we can do is watch sound doctrinal videos that do not cover calvinism, infant baptism or christian nationalism etc, until Moscow moves.

Let's ask Y'eshua our Messiah: Rev 1:2 - who bore witness to the Word of God, and to the testimony of Jesus Christ, to all things that he saw Rev 12:17 - Then the dragon was enraged at the woman and went off to wage war against the rest of her offspring-those who keep God's commands and hold fast their testimony about Jesus. Rev 14:12 Here is the endurance of the Saints; here are those who keep the Commandment of God and the faith of Y'eshua. Sounds like that pesky Law, Torah, instruction, matters a WHOLE lot. Just like David said. Established FOREVER, in the Heavens. And no, neither YHWH of Hosts not Y'eshua our Christ change. Ever.

There is a massive misunderstanding of the "new covenant" going on. It is not at all like the old covenant of a particular group of people (Jews). Not a family, not a town, not a nation, not a people. Its covenant of believers, believers who comprise a kingdom. That is not to say that entire families, possibly even nations won't come to believe, but we are not a part of that covenant until we hear the gospel, believe, repent, and join our Savior in his death and resurrection in baptism. Everything grows out of belief. Faith, Obedience, Baptism, good works.

A more central and foundational problem with the "Gospel-Centered movement" was the Galatians 1:8-10 problem at its center. "Gospel-Centered" stood for Calvinism or Reformed. And even if Calvinism were true, it's not the Gospel. That such a movement would have serious problems was predictable (Galatians 1:8-10).
