This is an EMOTIONAL one.. if you thought his emotional graduation video was a tear jerker then you will definitely cry in this emotional mission call announcement. Braden finall gets his mission call to serve the Lord by sharing the gospel and serving the people of the community is he is called to serve in while representing The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. We are so proud of him and are so glad that we can share this special and emotional family moment with all of you FamBammers. These past few weeks have been very emotional for us and we have shed quite a few tears but this one we will keep with us in our memory box and definitely you will cry.

I kept my phone near waiting for the notification! Watching Braden pace back and forth built up my anticipation for his call. When he was preparing to reading it I started crying before he even started speaking. I’m glad he’s close to home for everyone’s feeling of safety. ❤️

OMG! How many more tear jerkers can you show in 1 week? I just got over crying during the graduation and now this. My husband thinks I am nuts crying over people I do not know. But I am a FamBammer and we cry as ONE. Congrats to Braden! You will do well serving the Lord as you are a Godly young man and your parents taught you well! And Mom and Dad must be so relieved. On serving closish to home: I admit that although I was excited for my call to southern California, I was a little disappointed that it was to a place that I had already visited so many times in my life. (Utahn here.) But while I was out serving, and falling in love with the people I served, I realized the Lord knew me well enough to know I'd want to go back as much as possible after I was done! (And I have❤) So being close has its perks! Also, I was called English but had plenty of "foreign" experiences, including serving with companions from around the world, as well as time assigned in a Chinese branch. He will have so many unique opportunities to learn and experience molded just for him as he seeks to serve the Lord! Good luck to all of you! What a fun adventure lies ahead for your whole family.

I stayed up late last night trying to wait for this video but fell asleep and yes I woke up at 3:00 am just to watch it even though I’m working in the morning lol. I was thinking he was going to Michigan in the states and Spain outside the states. Emberlyn did an awesome job on her hair. I’ve never had frozen waffles but my daughter eats them and has since she was young. Elijah great pick on your shirt buddy. it looked like Danny was getting ready to cry at the start of the prayer. That’s awesome that he’s going to be kinda not too far from you. It’s also very awesome that Brayden felt a peace come over him while seeing where. My mom used to tell me everything that happens good or bad is meant to be so it’s meant to be for him to be in the states. Tina no need to apologize for the vlogs being about Brayden lately after 4 months I feel like I’ll miss him.. congrats Brayden you’ll do great.

I live in Canada now... but I lived in Portland, Oregon for 5 years and have been to Salem multiple times. I know Braden will definitely do good things over the next two years, as he serves citizens and the lord whole heartedly. Oregon is an absolutely amazing place. From the kind Oregon residents to the stunning nature... he’ll have a blast.
