Who’s giving you those timelines? I’m July 2021 deposit and never got told any of the dates you mentioned. It was early summer 23 and now early summer 24.

I ordered a Camaro 2SS 1LE in September of 2021. Waited over two years for the dealer to get an allocation, which never came. I did talk to other dealers in that time, and I was willing to put down deposits. But none were interested. Then production ended. Never got the car.

@@OperationRacecar GM's allocation process is a black hole of mystery. The dealers, and thereby their customers, have no idea when or even if they'll get an allocation. So, one person could walk into a dealer and be lucky enough to find that that dealer has an allocation, and in a few months have a car. Whereas others, like me, could wait years and get nothing. To add insult to injury, GM jacked up the price by 20% in the final year of production. It was infuriating! I haven't decided yet what I might go for instead. Complicating this, is that I'm 6'7" tall, and there are very few cars I fit in. So likely no Lotus for me. But congratulations on yours! I hope it's in your possession soon!
