That is also a great summer sipper Christine! We grow our own mint in the summer and I love picking it to craft me and my friends a Mojito. But I must say, you must use Cuban Rum. It makes it so much better! Thanks for the comment, and enjoy your day. Cheers.

We have a huge patch of mojito mint as well. Going to have to throw one of these together some time soon, I love mojitos.
