Dogri is not spoken in Kashmir..... Dogri is the language of dogra the people of Jammu ... There is difference between Jammu and Kashmir

Dogri is the mother tongue of dogras and they live in Jammu So dogri is for Jammu not from Kashmir

Dogri language is spoken in the UT of Jammu & Kashmir. Dogri is also spoken in some regions of Himachal Pradesh and Punjab. So confining it to Only Jammu is not correct.
