Urabe's actress sounds like she is portraying a real person, just a normal girl's voice. I like that. It is a bit jarring to hear when one is used to the forced high pitch of cutesy characters.
it was the voice actors first and only voice acting role ever, she sang the OP as well which SLAPS, she should’ve done a lot more stuff after this, her voice was amazing.

I only watched the show once when is was younger - it's surprisingly good and even wholesome at times - and from what I can recall, they can both feel each other's emotions and such through sharing their drool. It's never fully explained in the show but we see enough to draw that conclusion anyway. So because the other guy didn't react, it showed her that the boyfriend and she share a deep connection that can't be replicated. That's from what I remember anyways.
Nah it won't happen there bond is strong so her cheating is basically impossible spoiler another couple in manga instead of droll it's tears I think she's testing herself if she have feelings for another guy she tested it she didn't she now know there bond stronger especially when he got nosebleed
She would've carved him up he would've told her a girl confessed to him and he was going to give her an answer the next day. She went to the guy without underwear on and the wind blows hard in this anime. If he would've went commando to the girl that confessed to him she would've carved him up believing something happened, but he had to trust her when she should've told the guy she was spoken for, this sort of had NTR vibes and that's sickening.
I was told that it was just to prove that the girl and her boyfriend are truly like made for each other or whatever with the drool. So basically she was testing to make sure that the bond between her and the dude can't be replicated. I hope so anyway, otherwise I don't know if I'll watch an anime with NTR vibes.

It's a good thing that all Anime Japanese people seems to share such sensitive blood vessels in their nose. If it was someone else the blood would've gone south instead and... no indication that something lewd crossed their minds.
Part of me thinks that this was a test to see if anybody who claims their feelings for her all react the same as the MC when he first did the saliva thing but considering the dude had no reaction it was clear that Tsubaki truly did love her not to mention that even if the guy "passed" the test it wasnt ever going to change anything other than confirm that the special unique bond those two shared was never truly real when other boys can have the same loving reaction towards her in a sense it would make her reconsider how true Tsubakis real feelings for her are and if it can be manifested in a meaningful way in order for her to continue with their relationship and i know people mention the possibility of NTR or unfaithfulness but no definitly not as strange as that date acceptance was she basically used him to confirm hers and Tsibakis love was truly unique. Also yes swapping saliva in a similar fashion is what me and my ex did idk why but the mere act of doing so just felt extremely intimate i cant explain it and yes it sounds gross and whatever but mind you it wasnt nasty and we both would brush our teeth so it never felt dirty or anything there was no weird taste either but still it made me feel closer to her its weird but thats how it felt and mind you it wasn a super usual occurance. i see mfs misunderstanding the scene where she shares spit with the guy who confessed so i came to educate yall him not reacting was because *she* didn't feel anything for him. While y'all interpret the whole spit thing as a kink it's more like a mechanic of this fictional world.(like skill systems in isekai stories) the wholse spit swapping thing shares the spitters true feelings with the taster even if the spitter is unaware of them. meaning the fact he felt nothing was confirmation that she not only didn't like him back but in fact didnt even acknowledge his existence as a guy even when she did what she did while his eyes were closed unlike with mc-kun. that's why she went commando. to confirm that even if she put herself in a racy situation with another guy, only mc-kun could get her to... feel something.

I think people are seeing this as Urabe going ''Babe, this guy confessed to me so tomorrow i'll make out with him and see if I feel something..... babe i didn't feel anything you're the only one for me!!!'' Of course for any human being with a little bit of self-respect this is an insta-breakup, no questions asked. But Tsubaki is a) a fucking wimp and b)A.FUCKING.WIMP. But he also loves Urabe and doesn't want to lose her, he knows something this comment section forgets about Urabe and that is that she's A.FUCKING.WEIRDO, do not expect this girl to act like a nomal human being, it took tsubaki more than a month of ''dating'' to finally hold hands, but that was thanks to reasons a & b. He had to ask his friend about normal human interaction when we find out he didn't even think about talking about her hobbies and such FOR MORE THAN A MONTH and at the same time Urabe didn't think to take him to one of her favorite places until Tsubaki sulked down and asked her if he really was her boyfriend, So we have Tsubaki ''A FUCKING WIMP'' with Urabe ''A FUCKING WEIRDO''. At the start of the relationship it wouldn't have surprised me if the story turned into some kind of saliva kink Twilight rip off if the football guy reacted strongly to her saliva and Tsubaki is enough of a wimp to try and win her back when he lacks everything, but i can kind of understand since they basically didn't do shit as a couple yet and Tsubaki didn't make moves or acted like a human being in so fucking long. So if the girl decides ''hey this other guy is better suited, I feel it in my saliva'' then Tsubaki has no right to complain because that, hypotetically, would be how Urabe's brain works, you don't get a rooster and complain that he keeps waking you up at 4 am.
