Yeah. She does a lot of charity work that the media doesn't dwell on (which might be per her request). It's more about the good deeds and not a vanity project.
Her shyness seems genuine. It’s nearly impossible to fake shyness. You see through the façade. I don’t think it’s in her nature to get a diva attitude no matter how successful she gets.
While Tzuyu is appreciative of the compliments, she's said herself that she gets tired of them. She said that people focus so much on her beauty that they ignore all the effort she puts into dancing and singing and sometimes that gets her down. She said she values compliments about those things over her appearance, which is something she was born with rather than something she achieved through hard work.

Not even worth a controversy for her she did nothing wrong, she was fking 16, a fking kid, and that was all on JYP and Little TV mishandling it, who just washed their hands off and fed Tzuyu to fking sharks. Only demons will blame Tzuyu in that situation. Like I've watched TWICE since before debut and I really can't say anything bad about Tzuyu. Members are right, she's too pure, kind hearted, doesn't deserve any hate, always volunteered and donated to charities, cared for members etc. Other people just hate her because they don't have a life and deep inside are insecure little fkers who got nothing better to do.

I guess I just don't get the Tzuyu craze. Gorgeous girl, for sure, and I can tell that she seems to be genuinely very humble and kind, but there are many who I think are more attractive. To be even more honest, I don't think that she would be in my top 5 amongst the Twice members themselves. To each his own tho.

Because Tzuyu looks consistently good in all concepts and photoshoots. Nayeon's nose job looks overdone in some pics, Sana and Mono have had more plastic surgery than Tzuyu, Jihyo looks goofy in some pics but glam in others. I even thought Tzuyu was quite 'boring' looking at first but she's pretty too, and she's photogenic. Even my mom who doesn't know about kpop, will say Tzuyu is pretty if she sees a picture of her.
Maybe she is super pretty in person? Because camera’s don’t always bring out the best in a good looking/highly charismatic person. And seeing that those who voted for her are idols who have seen her in person maybe it’s the face (aura as well) in real life that captures ppl

hm yeah i agree with you. All her facial features are pretty and proportionate and all but i don't find her particularly attractive. Dont get me wrong shes really pretty and i can see why the public praises her looks but maybe shes too flawless and pretty that i don't find her as attractive? I prefer the visuals of other members like sana, mina and nayeon.
