Coconut oil has spf of 7. Wheatgerm oil has spf of 20. Use them instead of using toxins...and our Indian skin anyway doesn't need spf because melanin

Original and cold pressed oils are best ones. The local ones without any brands. Branded oils are not required in my opinion. We can use originally extracted cold pressed oils.

Alcohols used in moms co are fatty alcohols which are actually good for skin. And all mineral based has zinc oxide and titanium dioxide in them they stay on top of skin and reflect uv light. Works better than chemical sunscreens

Sir, I really appreciate your work. Your videos are very nice and informative. I have a humble request. I have used the Moms Co. Protein Shampoo. It might be good ingredient wise but on my hair, I did not find it worth. It made my hair dry, rough and caused excessive hair breakage even in one wash. I suggest that it would be very nice if you could include video of the feedback of few genuine users.

Try Just Herbs shampoo...I am using it and it gives decent lather and doesn't cause hair fall. But its expensive...I buy it only in offers from ajio. Just make sure to detangle your hair before shampooing
