The TOP dog in this year's Parade of Homes is in Herriman, and it boasts just under 26,000 sqft!!! AND, a Casita that is 2,100sqft.
A very rare treat for myself and Barbie yesterday, as we got an exclusive glimpse of this year's Soon-to-be #1 Build. Nothing like walking a Parade-Ready home all to ourselves.
Welcome to the 2023 Salt Lake Parade of Homes, scheduled to officially begin tomorrow Friday July 28.
For the next two weeks, hundreds (maybe thousands) of parade goers will get to experience the top of the line builds by various builders. You're in to see truly the best of the best.
This beauty has way too many things to list, hence why this is Part I of II.
The Monaco was a joy to walk through. From the moment you walk in to the foyer, to the beautiful chandeliers, to the office/study, to the grandeur of every single bedroom....just WOW!
The double island kitchen, along with the Chef's Kitchen are to die for. As always, the wood flooring is immaculate, and despite my feelings about carpeting, Anchor Construction did a wonderful job with their choice of carpeting.
And what about the hallways...leading you to the Master Suite. The use of exposed beams in this bedroom (plus throughout the home) is perfection. Oh yeah, and let me know what you think of the master bath...not only how the space is used, but the attention to detail including the materials used.
As an entertainer's haven, The Monaco is sure to turn heads from up close, and up from afar....literally, if you get a chance to attend this year's parade, pay attention to the drive into the neighborhood.

My understanding is that the main house is more like 18,000 square feet (including the gym but excluding the garages and casita), which is still huge. The thing in the master closet is a steamer that refreshes and de-wrinkles clothing. Thanks for showing parts of the home that we weren't able to see during the parade. It's amazing that a home could be so large while also being comfortable and feeling light and homey.

Hi Lance, thank you for your comment. I believe you are correct regarding the square footage. I'm glad that I had the opportunity to view the house before the waves of parade goers...it certainly made it easier to show on video, and not be rushed. I completely agree, despite the enormous size of the house, it still feels homey.

Hi Deborah, thank you for your message. This build is stunning. The first step would be for you and I to schedule a call. Following that, I could speak with Ben (the builder), and could even schedule a 3-way call with him and you. Are you on the market for a new custom luxury build?

@@deborahthomas5028 Good morning Deborah, sorry for the delay in response...I just heard back from the builder. Their response to your question was, "We don't own any property, so we always build on lots owned by the client. As far as out of state inquiries, the easy answer is, if it financially makes sense for both parties. We don't have a typical out-of-state superintendent or anything, but if it is financially worth making one of our guys move out to the location temporarily, then we would be open to the idea." If this answer prompts you to move forward, I would encourage a 3-way call between yourself, the builder, and myself. Let me know what you'd like to do.
