The Monkie Kid Situation Could Be Catastrophic... 

Another clarification because this is very important to hit home. This isn't really anyones fault. It's not the writers fault for leaving because of personal reasons and it's not whoever else takes up the mantles fault for doing so. Attacking anyone is NOT the right way to go about things. Discussing your worrys in a civil way is 👍

One of my biggest fears for later seasons is when the characters we love from Monkie Kid might eventually become 'flanderized' in the end.

This news is actually *VERY* concerning because when the Studio switch happened and was addressed on Twitter by Sarah Harper (mainly) and another user (I think he was a Director as well) they both confirmed and reassured fans that the Writing and Music team would not change and stay because they were hired by LEGO themsleves, seperate from FBP. The only people leaving were the Animators. And I notice a lot of people are forgeting this information somehow which is actually very crucial!? For David Breen and the few others to leave suddenly and without warning shows it may be a bigger issue. I doubt Wildbrain had anything to do with it but who knows :(

i absolutely agree that Monkie Kid should be ending soon ! As much as we all love the show it's important the story they're trying to tell eventually does wrap up in a satisfactory way. I have faith that the current staff that is left will do a good job in keeping the story going :)

I am scared, because the only thing I was hoping for was to keep the story good since the animation downgraded a bit (animation still good but compared to the other one it’s a downgrade) so I feel upset a little bit but I am hoping that they can wrap up the show in a nice little bow ❤️

I think I saw someone on twitter explain that the writers already left after season 4 so I guess the story will be fine!!! 🥳

Remember, if the seasons after season 5 are bad, you can always just ignore its existence, like there's no war in Ba Sing Se, or there's no KSP 2

Been watching lmk since 2022, i really hope that it ends pretty smoothly and well wishes to the new writers that will take place of David Breen

This is absolutely my most favorited show it holds a dear place in my heart and if at the very end this is what happens and it turns for the worst it will break my heart. I’m hoping and praying nothing bad happens this show is important to a lot of people as well. It’s so sad to hear this news

Honestly I do feel like this show shouldn't go on forever but honestly more seasons more editing material 😅 I heard a mention of cole from ninjago being made "fruity" or "gay" now so uh.... Yeah.... Same studio... I mean not against lbgtq or anything of course!.... But ninjago is a kid's show..... And now they are animating lego monkie kid..... Yikes... So uh...
